St. Josephs Primary School and Education Caterers Alliance in Partnership start the New Year together

Specialist private and public education catering contractors Alliance in Partnership (AiP) have won a further New Year contract at St. Joseph's Catholic Infant School, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

St. Joseph's is a small satellite school with almost 200 pupils, aged 4-7 years, and has been receiving freshly prepared meals on a daily basis from AiP's hub kitchen at Mandeville High School for a couple of weeks now. The 1 year rolling contract, worth £80,000 per annum, began at the start of the new school year and is now the third satellite school the hub kitchen to prepare food for. Pupils, staff and parents can be assured of healthy nutritious meals conforming to all Government guidelines on 14 nutritional standards and 11 essential food groups across menus which are nutritionally analysed every three weeks by professional software Saffron Nutrition.

"This is one of three contracts we have begun 2011 with," explains AiP Managing Director, David Weller. "Our company goals this year are set to gain a further 12-20 contract."

David leads a 540 strong national team who focus on building mutual relationships with schools, working together to implement green initiatives, source local, environmentally friendly and assured produce and guarantee fixed costs.

AiP have grown by 70% over the past three years, gained the prestigious Food for Life Catering Mark at both Bronze and Silver level across 89 contracts and have a current turnover of £12 million.
