Alliance in Partnership have, over a number of years, been working within the Caroline Walker Trust Guidelines and have therefore met the new Government Nutritional standards way ahead of schedule.

With the 9 Food based standards, 14 Nutrients standards and “Food outside of School lunch”, it is a very exciting time within Education Catering. Further detailed information can be found within the Food Trust website

AIP have invested substantially in supplier liaison to provide products that meet with the new guidelines, together with on-going training of our superb, dedicated staff to ensure they have the skills required.

Furthermore, we use the market leading software, Saffron from Fretwell Downing, which is a Nutritional software package to allow analysis of the nutrient contents within the food and drinks that we supply in our schools.
