I've been with AiP for 5 years and it's been great to be part of a business that makes such a positive difference every day.

I love Italian food, but if I had to pick just one dish, it would probably be lasagne.
Favourite food to cook/bake
I enjoy baking, especially cakes. My kids are always happy when I make a batch of chocolate cupcakes.
Best school meal memory
You can't beat a classic sponge and custard. It was always the highlight of school dinners for me.
Why do you love working for AiP?
What stands out to me is how much everyone cares about the children. Whenever I visit one of our schools, I’m always struck by the dedication and commitment of the teams. You can see how much they genuinely want the children to have the best possible experience.
