I joined Sodexo in July 2025 and have already enjoyed getting to know the business, the people, and the positive impact we make.
Favourite food:
West African and Caribbean cuisine are my favourites — especially fried or grilled plantain.
Favourite food to cook/bake:
My signature dish is sweet and spicy sticky chicken, which is always a crowd-pleaser.
Best school meal memory:
Vanilla Sprinkles school cake and custard from primary school brings back happy memories. Served warm, it was a simple treat that always felt special and made lunchtime something to look forward to.
Why do you love working for AiP?
I love the dedication everyone brings to their role and the genuine impact this has on pupils. It’s inspiring to see how much care goes into creating enjoyable meals that pupils look forward to each day. Seeing the effort teams put into making theme days fun and memorable for pupils is amazing, and the fact that so many colleagues have been with the company for several years really says a lot about the culture and values of AiP.
