BBQ Sausage & Pit Bean Hashette

What you’ll need
200g of sausage (meat or veggie alternatives)
120g baked beans
80g butter beans
100g Polenta
1 vegetable stock cube
200ml water
BBQ sauce
Hand full of baked croutons

Preparation:
Drain and rinse butter beans.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
Method:
1. Dissolve the stock cube in the boiling water and add to a pan with the polenta and stir continuously until the polenta has thickened and is smooth
2. Put the hot polenta into a tray about 1 – 2 cm deep, allow to cool and, when firm, cut into cubes.
3. Roast the polenta cubes through the oven until crispy.
4. Bake the sausage in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees.
5. Take sausages out of the oven and slice.
6. Add the butter beans, BBQ sauce and sliced sausage to the baked beans and heat through.
7. Serve the beans and sausage on top of the polenta cubes and sprinkle with the croutons.
8. Serve.
