This recipe makes 12 cookies.
Preparation:
- Measure out all ingredients for your chosen cookie flavour.
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Method:
1. Place all measured ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until the dough is fully combined.
2. Roll the dough into sausage shapes about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter. Slice into equal-sized rounds (pucks).
3. Arrange the rounds on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, adjusting the time slightly depending on your oven.
5. Allow cookies to cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tip:
The dough rounds can be frozen for future use.
