Oreo Cheesecake

What you’ll need
10g digestive biscuits
6g margarine
28g full-fat soft cheese (cream cheese)
0.3cl vanilla flavouring (a few drops)
6g icing sugar
1cl double cream
11g Oreo biscuits
Introduction:
This Oreo Cheesecake is creamy, smooth, and full of crunchy biscuits. Simple to prepare, no oven required, and ideal for celebrations or gatherings.
Preparation:
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
Melt the margarine in a small pan or microwave.
Mix the melted spread into the biscuit crumbs until it looks sandy.
Press this mixture into the bottom of a dish or tin to make the base.
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the soft cheese, vanilla flavouring, and icing sugar until smooth.
2. Whip the double cream until it is thick and holds its shape.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
4. Pour this creamy mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
5. Break up the Oreo biscuits and sprinkle them over the top.
6. Chill in the fridge until set.
7. Present and serve as you like.
