That’s why we have implemented a stringent allergen management policy that includes offering allergen-free menu options and utilising the School Food United platform for easy allergen tracking and ordering. Our team works closely with schools to identify students with dietary restrictions, ensuring that meals are prepared, stored and labelled separately with different utensils if required.
