Nutritionally-Balanced Student Meals for Schools in Manchester

As a catering company in Manchester championing student well-being through food, we deliver bespoke, high-nutritional, enjoyable and engaging school meal programmes to advance child nutrition.

Our expert chefs behind our brands such as Food Smart, Kitcheneers, and The Forum ensure that every school lunch is an enriching experience.

Designed for each age group, our fresh school meals exceed nutritional standards and are made by a dedicated catering team.

How are allergens and special diets managed?
Within our kitchens both off-site and on-site, we follow stringent allergen management policies to ensure safety at mealtimes, we follow strict guidelines on the 14 major allergens and work with schools if any others are high-risk for the students.
How do you involve pupils in menu development?
To reflect student cultures, we ensure an open dialogue between pupils and the school to encourage feedback in shaping diversity-rich menus. We then work with top nutritionists to translate this feedback into healthy, nutritious meals.
How do you work in partnership with Manchester schools?
Through our appointed Account Managers, we have consistent communication between the schools and our chefs to ensure we are able to deliver the best tailored service for each pupil. Alongside this, we offer workshops and fun events to build that relationship.
Do you adapt services for secondary and sixth-form settings?
We have three catering programmes that cater to primary, secondary and sixth form students, each one tailored to meet the nutritional needs of each age group. Menus, recipes and themed days are also available as necessary for each programme.
How do you promote sustainable catering services in Manchester?
By working with local businesses, using digital solutions to more accurately predict headcount and food preferences, alongside rotating menus seasonally according to produce, we can cut down food miles, waste and carbon emissions.
